Description:
provision of service A consisting in the transport of postal shipments and cargo shipments (i.e. pallet shipments), the contents of which may constitute SENT shipments or dangerous goods within the meaning of Art. 2 point 4) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on the transport of hazardous materials, approved for transportu under the conditions specified in the Regulations for the provision of services, under which the Contractor is obliged to accept the Parcels for transport at the place and date specified in the Schedule
for the implementation of Service A and to release them at the places and dates specified in this appendix.
