- 1. The subject of the order is the service of quantitative analysis of microRNA (miRNA) using high-throughput sequencing methods (Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS), as part of the project New, multi-omic, economical method for early cancer diagnosis in based on liquid biopsy material, combined with advanced biostatistics, bioinformatics and machine learning as part of the funding obtained from ABM-KPO (no. 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0007/24-00).2. A detailed description and scope of the service are set out in Annex No. 3 to SWZ description of the subject of the order.3. In order to maintain the continuity of the methodology and the comparability of the obtained research results in further bioinformatics analysis under the project with the resulting data from other DNA sequencing analyzes conducted by the Ordering Party, sequencing will be performed on the Illumina or equivalent platform.4. The Ordering Party allows for an equivalent platform, i.e. (platform equivalent using the methodology of high-throughput sequencing (Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS), which should ensure the continuity of test results and their comparability in bioinformatic analysis with the results from previous analyses...
