• Description:
• 1) The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, in total quantities up to 6,200.00 mg/year with divisionon the second part:
  Part I - collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in an amount of up to 5,000.00 mg/year (waste was created from municipal waste).
  Part II - collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 in quantity up to 1,200.00 mg/year (waste was created from waste sortingselective).
  It is estimated to be transferred for development for:
  part I-about 250-450 mg/1st month;
  part II-about 50-100 mg/1-month.
  The contractor may submit a price offer for only one part. Following the offer for two parts will reject the offer.
  2) The Ordering Party reserves that the chapter given in the chapterIV para. 2 points 1) quantities are indicative, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the contracting authority, but the minimum amount of waste transferred will be for:
  Part I - 3000.00 mg/year;
  Part II - 800.00 mg/year.
  Win the case of waste collection in a smaller amount than specified in Chapter IV para. 2 points 1) The contractor is not entitled to any claims.
  3) waste generated in the process of mechanical segregation of municipal waste constituting the overitial fraction. Secondary raw materials, i.e. glass, metals, were separated from these waste,...
