On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for a service related to laboratory activities - determination of the physico-chemical properties of solid fuels - 1 testDetermination of the physico-chemical properties of solid fuels: 1) hard coal 2) lignite 3) wood pelletsPhysical and chemical properties - total moisture content - PN-EN ISO18134-1, - ash content - PN-EN ISO 18122:20, - volatile matter content - PN-EN 18123:20, - heat of combustion - PN-EN ISO 18125, - calorific value - PN-EN ISO 18125, - hydrogen content - PN-EN ISO 16948,- contents carbon - PN-EN ISO 16948, - nitrogen content - PN-EN ISO 16948. Contract period - until December 31, 2025. It is not possible to divide the tests. Completion date: 10 business days from the date of sample delivery, Samples provided by the ordering party (sample weighing approximately 10-15 kg), Method of delivery - shipment, We allow partial offer regarding the type of fuel. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from the receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - completion date: within 10 business days from the date delivery of the sample, however, no later than December 31, 2025 - the offer is valid for 60 days - confirmation of the service will be an electronic report.
