Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the service of renting an aircraft from RAZZ ZAOG for parachute jumps of the OSWRiS STAFF AND THE PARACHUTE REPRESENTATION OF THE POLISH ARMY. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in par. 1 Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Draft Agreement.2. Areathe parachute jumping landing area as well as the landing site for parachute jumpers is provided and secured by the CONTRACTOR. The ordering party requires that the airport be located at a maximum distance of 200 km from the ordering party's headquarters, i.e. 31st Tactical Air Base in Poznań, ul. Engines 1. This is dictated bythe interest of the ordering party. The contractor is obliged to indicate the landing site in the Bid Form. No. 1 to SWZ in order to check the distance. When assessing the distance, the Ordering Party will use the website www.dojazd.org, the shortest distance. 3. The service that is the subject of the order must be providedadopted in accordance with Decision No. Pf-35/Org./SSG/ZOiU-P1 of the Minister of National Defense of April 30, 2012 on organizational and employment changes in Air Force units and the Instruction for high-altitude rescue protection in the Air Force of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. .
