Description:
1. The order of the contract includes a service review with service repairs of rainwater water pumping stations in the city of Sosnowiec.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: "SOPZ") is Annex 3 to SWZ together with a list of facilities covered by the service and technical specification -Annex No. 3a to SWZ.
3. Imported warranty period:
a) for a service repair - 6 months,
b) for factory -supplied new spare parts - 12 months,
c) for delivered regenerated spare parts - 6 months.
The warranty period begins its run from the date of signing the acceptance reportconfirming the proper performance of the service.Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: "SOPZ") is Annex 3 to SWZ together with a list of facilities covered by the service and technical specification - Annex 3a to SWZ.
Orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7) of the PZP Act
1. The payment provides for the award of the contract pursuant to art. 214 para.1 item 7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in repetition of similar services.
2. The company of a similar order includes repetition of similar services covered by the basic order in terms of ongoing maintenance and maintenance of objects of rainwater pumping stations covered by a monthly lump sum.
