On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of the ROBODRILL P199ZH229 milling machine. FANUC - Backing up the CNC memory - Checking the foundation and leveling of the machine - Checking the power supply - Checking and cleaning lighting of the working space - Checking and cleaning the fans - Cleaning or replacing the filters of the electrical cabinet - Checking the condition of the pneumatic tubes and the lubrication system. Emptying and cleaning the dehumidifier - Checking the condition of electrical cables and conduits - Checking the insulation motors and power cables - Checking the reversing play, possibly correcting it - Checking the condition of bumpers and scrapers on movable covers - Checking door stops, replacing it if necessary - Checking the condition of the rotary joint - Checking additional axes (DDR-T) - Spindle runout test - Orientation test spindle - Tool mounting test - Customer comments and questions - Replacement of encoder and CNC batteries - Spindle vibration test, possible balancing - Circularity test - Axis perpendicularity testWe reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of a correctly issued invoice; - implementation deadline: no later than December 31, 2025 - the validity period of the offer is 60 days - confirmation of the service will be a service report signed by both Parties - place of service: ul.
