Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the contractor to be made to the Employer, at the plant/installation in Bełchatow at ul. Przemysłowa 14 and 16 services consisting of sorting and pressing packaging waste in an estimated amount of approx. 6,360 mg in a period of 12 months from the dayconclusion of the contract.
2) waste addressed to the service referred to in point 1, will come mainly from the collection of municipal waste from municipalities and PSZOK points, as well as industrial waste from external companies.
3) The contracting authority predicts that the subject of the contract will be provided on two working changesFrom Monday to Saturday from 6.00-22.00.
4) The Ordering Party, as part of a separate lease agreement, will provide machines and devices necessary to perform the subject of the contract, subject to the contractor ensuring a charger or backhoe loader with a spoon capacity of about 1m3 equippedIn addition, in a beetle gripper. In the event of a failure of the equipment provided by the Contractor to implement the subject of this contract, the Contractor is obliged to maintain the continuity of the services of sorting and pressing packaging waste by guaranteeing replacement equipment in the form of a charger orBackhoe loader with a spoon capacity of about 1m3 additionally equipped with a beetle gripper.
5) The service referred to in para. 1 will be made by the contractor alone, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors in the key part of the order, i.e. in the scope of sorting and pressing packaging waste.Exist...
