The subject of the contract is service service (maintenance and repair) of bookbinding machines and the knife sharpening service that is completingbookbinding machines and devices. The proceedings are conducted in an open tender procedure in accordance with art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by Annexes: 1, 1.1 - 1.6 and 4.1 - 4.2 to SWZ, i.e. offer form, assortment and price specifications andPlanned provisions of the contract. The Employer allows partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the principles described in SWZ.
