1air-conditioning and refrigeration in the facilities of the Medical University of Gdańsk for a period of 24 months.
2. Material lands includes maintaining the technical and functional capacity of ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems along with installations with them accompanying such as: glycol installationsheat recovery, technological heat installations, air moisturizing installations, BMS systems, fire flaps.
1. The reserve reserves the right to control the performance of the services and spare materials and spare parts used for repair or maintenance.
2.Maximum amount: 883 861.39 PLN gross, including net: 718 586.50 PLN for the purchase of consumables and spare parts for ventilation, air conditioning and installations accompanying them listed in Annex 3 to SWZ provided by the Contractor as part of the implemented itemorders within 24 months.
3. Settlement provisions regarding the performance of obligations relating to this contract were included in the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
