Description:
The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PZP Act. The proceedings are conducted in an open tender mode in accordance with art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law.
The subject of the contract is Service service for Xerox printing systems.

Detailed Description of the subject of the contract is determined by Annexes No. 1, 1.1. and No. 4 to SWZ, i.e. the offer form with the assortment and price specification and Planned provisions of the contract.
Justification of the lack of division into parts: Division of the order into parts could threaten the restriction of competition or excessive order costs. It is necessary to coordinate the activities of various contractors implementing Individual parts of the order could seriously threaten the proper execution of the order.
The contracting authority requires full -time employment by the Contractor or subcontractor under an employment contract of a minimum of 2 (two) people performing full service in the scope of the contract, If the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
