- The subject of the order are service services in the field of repair, calibration/adiustment, and calibration of devices for testing the alcohol content in the exhaled air for the needs of the Silesian garrison. The Employer allows partial offers broken down into 16 tasks (parts). Detailed informationregarding the description of the subject of the contract and its scope and implementation of the order, including receiving devices for the purpose of performing the service and their return is specified in: SWZ, Annex 1 - offer form, Annex 2 - Designed contract provisions, Annex 3 - Price form for each taskseparately in subsequent sheets of the file with a description of the subject of the contract. The Employer may annul the contract for awarding the contract, if the funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order, were not granted to him. Maximum contract value forA given task will be on the amount that the Employer intends to allocate for the implementation of the order given at the opening of the offers, and the settlement for the services completed will take place according to the unit prices indicated in Annex 3 to SWZ - the price form for the offered task.
