- 1. The subject of the order is - on the terms described in the contract to be concluded between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, SWZ and in the Contractor's offer - the successive collection, transport and management of waste collected by the Contractor from the Ordering Party, classified under code 20 01 10 Clothing and 20 01 11 Textiles. Waste may only be subjected to R1 and/or R12 recovery processes, as defined in the Waste Act of December 14, 2012. (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended)/Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 14/06/2006 on the shipment of waste (Journal of Laws EU L 190/1, as amended), whereby submission to the recovery process means the initiation and completion of this process. 2. The Subject of the Order includes: a) Waste classified under the code 20 01 10 Clothing in the amount of 250 Mg and 20 01 11 - Textiles in the amount of 100 Mg separately collected - but not less than 100 Mg of waste classified with the code 20 01 10 and not less than 50 Mg of waste classified with code 20 01 11 (minimum benefit).b) Waste occurs in bulk. 3.
