Description:
1. The subject of the plait is: 1) it removes supervision over the compliances of construction robs from projects documentation entitled: Construction of the Pnocna Route Stage III - structure of the new street from ul. to ul. Szosa Polska in Szczecin implemented as part of the investment task entitled Construction of the Pnocna RouteStage III - construction of a new street from ul. to ul. The Polish Road in Szczecin, in the signs of acting, which is mentioned in art. 20 points 4 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725.The implementation will be created during the implementation by the Construction Robt Contractors on the basis of the documentation referred to in point 2 above.
