Description:
1. The subject of the order includes:
1) within the basic scope of the order:
a) providing the Ordering Party with maintenance supervision services, including post-warranty service, technical assistance and post-implementation care of the Integrated IT System (ZSI) to support the Fund's activities including the following modules: Agreements and Applications, Applications to the Management Board, Report Generator (Financial reporting on activities), Finance-Accounting, JPK Generator and integration with the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Office, Payroll and Human Resources, Fixed Assets, Digital Signature, JAVA applet and Szafir SDK Web Module, Employee Portal, Integration with EZD PUW, Integration with the Central Clean Air Database (CBCP), Visualization of integration mechanisms with CBCP, Integration with the database of the Central Register of Emissions of Buildings (ZONE), Mail and documentation flow Office - workflow, Right to update tool licenses supporting the operation of databases (Ag-grid license), Beneficiary Portal; to the extent specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the template of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, as well as other IT services not listed in this Annex that are needed performance may occur during the term of the contract;
