- 1. The subject of the contract is the service-support for shooting torpedo torpedo MU-90 with exercise head in 2025-2026, implemented in accordance with the requirements contained in the "description of the subject of the order" (OPZ) constituting an attachment to the specification of the contract terms, within two parts, which include:
a) and Part-specialist training in the field of preparation and operation of the MU-90 torpedo;
b) II part - assessment of the state of preparation of the Gdynia torpedo workshop in terms of the ability to secure torpedo shooting with the exercise head.
2. Services (in whole or in part) in 2026 will be performed Provided that the Ordering Party, respectively, by December 15, 2025, receives confirmation from the logistics authority that in the budget year 2026 he will receive financial funds for the performance of part or the entire service in 2026 and that the contracting authority after receiving confirmation of the funds The financial ones referred to above, immediately in writing or by e -mail, will notify the Contractor of the need to implement the full scope of the contract provided for in 2026 or its part.
