Description:
The subject of the order is the service of taking out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 7,749,846.00 (seven million seven hundred forty-nine thousand eight hundred forty-six zlotys) to cover the planned budget deficit of the Ludwin Commune in 2025 in connection with the implementation of the investments included in the contract. in the budget resolution for 2025 and the WPF of the Ludwin Commune for 2025-2028 and for the repayment of previously incurred loans.
When preparing an offer, the contractor must take into account:
− all costs related to obtaining a loan,
− all costs related to loan repayment and include the total cost in the offer its repayment for the expected loan period.
− loan interest rate according to the WIBOR 3M rate quoted on October 15, 2025, plus the Contractor's margin.
The only allowable cost for the Ordering Party will be the cost of interest on the loan granted.
Detailed loan terms:
− The loan will remain intended to cover the planned deficit of the Commune budget in 2025 and to repay installments of loans taken out in previous years.
-The funds from the loan will be used by December 31, 2025.
-The deadline for disbursement of the entire loan in order to calculate the offer price is set for December 15, 2025.
-Grace period in repayment of capital until March 30, 2033.
− Payment of the first capital installment by March 31, 2033. Installments payable by the last day of each quarter.
− The contractor's margin is constant during the contract period.
− Interest is the cost of servicing the loan.
