- Service, technical support and development services for CompuGroup Medical (CGM) IT systems for the Lower Silesian Center of Oncology, Pulmonology and Hematology. 3.1. The subject of the order are maintenance, technical support and development services for CompuGroup Medical (CGM) IT systems for the Lower Silesian Center of Oncology, Pulmonology and Hematology. 3.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order referred to in point 3.1., can be found in Annex No. 10 a and b to the SWZ - Subject Description Orders, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Offer Form, Annex No. 8 to the SWZ - Draft Agreement. 2.6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers - justification for not dividing the order into parts: The HIS and ERP CGM system constitute one ecosystem and are closely related. Splitting the order is not possible because: •maintenance services concern one logical environment, •modules use common integrations, databases and repositories, •the separation of responsibilities would make it impossible to effectively service, •manufacturers do not allow "partial" servicing of their systems by third parties. 2.7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 2.8. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of equivalent offers. 2.9.The Ordering Party does not provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement. 2.10. The Ordering Party does not envisage any orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Act. 2/11. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction. 2/12.
