Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The collections planned for disinfection are collected in a remote facility of the State Archives in Suwaki, located in Ek, province. Warmisko Mazurskie at ul. Armii Krajowej 17 A., 2. List of archival units to be disinfected. , 1) Packing filesin protective packaging. the total length of the files to be disinfected is 574 meters, 2) 15 pieces, 3. The subject of the order includes: 1) Removal of archival documentation packed by the Ordering Party from the Ordering Party's storage rooms using boxes, hereinafter referred to as packages. ,2)Zloading onto means of transport and transport of archival collections to the place of disinfection, 3) Disinfection of collections in a fumigation chamber using a disinfection gas called GAZ-S9, which is a mixture of ethylene oxide (ETO) with a concentration of 9% and carbon dioxide with a concentration of 91% (proportion 1:9), in low conditionspressure in the chamber of approx. 100 mbar, gas pressure in the chamber of approx. 750-800 mbar, increased temperature (max. 35 C) and relative humidity (approx. 55%), duration of actual disinfection min. 36 hours at an ethylene oxide concentration of 150/200, mg/m3. , 4) Execution Microbiological tests...
