Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the service of transport and further waste management - crushed large -scale and ballast waste (waste code 19 12 12) from a municipal installation located in the dedication of ul. Pułtuska 5, commune Płońsk.
2) the offered method of waste management It must be in line with the legal provisions in force in this respect, assuming that the heat of combustion of this waste is greater than 6MJ/kg S.M.
3) In the morphological composition of waste, plastics, paper, textiles, wood and other typical waste from municipal waste crushing bulky and ballast. Waste intended for further development is generated when crushing bulky waste with a code of 20 03 07 and on the sorting line, on which unsorted municipal waste is sorted (code 20 03 01) and raw materials (from groups 15 and 20).
4) The maximum amount of waste is determined, which the contracting authority intends to donate during the period of the contract to 4,000 mg, with the minimum waste mass during the contract processing period is 1,500 mg, and the additional maximum waste mass provided for under the option as part of the option will be 2,500 mg.
