Description:
The subject of the contract is the maintenance and servicing of ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment in the facilities of the Medical University of Gdańsk for a period of 24 months. The material scope includes maintaining the technical and operational capacity of ventilation, air-conditioning and cooling systemsrefrigeration plants with accompanying installations, such as: heat recovery glycol installations, process heat installations, air humidification installations, BMS systems, fire dampers. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor's obligations will include in particular:Repairs, maintenance of ventilation, air-conditioning systems and associated installations and other activities resulting from the current operation in order to ensure their safe use, in accordance with the scope of work and activities in accordance with Annex 4 to the SWZ and Annex 3 to the SWZ.
