- I. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of waste collection, transport and management services with code 20 01 10 Location: Master - Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o. (clothing) - coming from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points.2. Method of waste management with code 20 01 10 must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions and recovery or disposal processes specified in Annex No. 1 or 2 to the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended). 3. The estimated amount of waste to be managed will not exceed 245 Mg, but will not be lower than 170 Mg, and the estimated amount of waste to be managed with code 200111 will not exceed 105 Mg, but will not be lower than 73 Mg during the duration of the contract concluded as a result of the proceedings. The actual amount of waste transferred for management according to the Ordering Party's needs. Performer cannot make any claims for a reduction in the amount of waste collected.
