Description:
1. The subject of the order are services consisting in 24-hour protection of areas, facilities and devices provided by Specialized Armed Security Formations (SUFO), carried out in the following facilities:
Complex of Military Unit 4724 (JW 4724), ul. Tyniecka 45, 30-901 Krakow;
1.2. Army Club Complex Specjowych (WS Club), ul. Praska 70, 30-901 Krakow.
2. Protection of persons and property is carried out in 24-hour shifts and consists of direct physical protection and indirect protection using technical devices, protection against unmanned aerial vehicles (drones), constant supervision signals transmitted, collected and processed in electronic alarm systems and devices, providing additional protection related to the organization of:
achieving readiness to take action by Military Unit 4724 /OGdPD/;
introduction of phases readiness;
crisis situations.
3. The Contractor consents to the provision of protective services after the announcement of mobilization, the introduction of martial law or during war on the principles set out in the "Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 28, 2022 on the militarization of organizational units performing tasks for the defense or security of the state" (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1198).
