- 1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for cleaning services of office rooms at the stadium at ul. Reymont in Krakow, at ul. Za Torem in Kraków, in the Okocimski Pavilion (CEE Symbioza), respectively in relation to one to three parts of the order, for the City Greenery Board in Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the entire or parts of the order were not awarded to him.1.2 The scope of the order was divided into three parts, i.e.: 1.2.1 Part 1 cleaning service of office rooms at the stadium at ul. Reymonta in Kraków, 1.2.2 Part 2 cleaning service of office premises at ul. Behind the Tor in Kraków,1.2.3 Part 3, cleaning service of rooms in the Okocimski Pavilion (CEE Symbioza) in Kraków.1.3 The subject of the order, both in the basic scope and in the scope covered by the option right, is the provision of cleaning services for rooms and office spaces located at the Municipal Stadium.
