- Services ensuring the maintenance of medical devices constituting the equipment of the Multi-Specialty Hospital in Inowrocław in accordance with the provisions of the Medical Devices Act of April 7, 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022.974)
1) The subject of the order includes repairs, maintenance, service activities, software updates, inspections, regulations, calibrations, calibrations, checks and safety inspections of medical devices, the list of which is attached as Annexes 9.1 and 9.2 to the SWZ in accordance with:
- the requirements of applicable regulations, including the Act of April 7, 2022 on products medical (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
- manufacturer's guidelines, technical and operational documentation (equipment, apparatus), attached to the product by the manufacturer instructions, technical conditions, applicable standards and compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations; as well as with applicable procedures u of the Ordering Party, resulting from the applicable Quality Management System.
1, its scope includes preparing and issuing opinions on the technical condition of medical devices at the request of the Ordering Party.
3) Services covered by the subject of the contract, except for repairs and reports on the technical condition, will be performed on the basis of a schedule prepared by the Contractor, which will be agreed upon by the parties within 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract, taking into account the most convenient dates for their implementation.
