Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service in the field of maintenance and maintenance of road lighting located in the city of Zielona Gora within 12 months from the date of the contract. Road lighting devices are owned by the property of the city of Zielona Gora.The number of luminaires covered by the maintenance and maintenance agreement - 6,759 pcs (including 3,370 LED luminaires and 3,389 sodium and other luminaires), powered from 155 city street lighting cabinets.
3. The gibbal description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 to SWZ (OPZ) andIn Annex I.2 A to SWZ containing Annexes 1, No. 2 and No. 3 to OPZ.
4. According to art. 100 para. 1 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be completed taking into account the requirements in the scope of availability for disabled people and design withPurpose for all users, in particular in accordance with the principles of universal design, referred to in the Convention on the Rights of Disabled People of December 13, 2006 (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1169, as amended). 95 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party requires employmentby the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationshipPerform ...
