SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF AREAS, FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND PERSONS, PROPERTY AND ORDER IN THE PROTECTED AREA, IMPLEMENTED BY SPECIALIZED ARMED PROTECTIVE FORMATIONS (SUFO), FOR THE NEEDS OF THE 1st MISSILE BRIGADE IN TORUŃ 1. The Ordering Party specifies the following conditions for participation in the procedure in the scope of: 1.1capacity for occurrence in business transactions: The ordering party does not impose any condition on participation in the procedure. 1.2 authorizations to conduct specific business or professional activities, unless it results from separate regulations: 1.2.1 The Contractor will meet the condition if he proves that holds a current license issued by the Minister of Interior and Administration authorizing it to conduct business activities within the scope covered by the public procurement in this procedure. 1.2.2 The Contractor will meet the condition if he proves that has a current decision of the relevant Provincial Police Commander granting the right to possess firearms for the protection of persons and property and confirming the SUFO status Attention! If Contractors jointly apply for the award of a contract, The ordering party will consider the condition to be met when the concession referred to in point 1.2.1. and the decision referred to in point 1.2.2 will be available to each Contractor 1.3 economic or financial situation.
