- 1. Providing services in the field of repairs and troubleshooting of telecommunications and electrical installations in real estate buildings and areas that are 100% owned by the capital city. Warsaw and managed by ZGN in the Bielany District of the Capital City of Warsaw for the period from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 or until the earlier financial resources are exhausted: Objective 1: Services in the field of maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of CCTV installations, the Access Control system and the intercom system installed in residential buildings at ul. J. Conrada 3A and 3B, Wrzeciono 30, Nocznickiego 13A, Szegedyska 13A in Warsaw managed by ZGN in the Bielany District of the capital city. Warsaw, together with emergency services repairing failures of the above-mentioned systems after the Office's working hours, as well as maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of installations of Access Control and intercom systems installed in a residential building at ul. Przybyszewskiego 28 and the intercom system at ul. Pcicka 23 and Rudzka 12/14, along with emergency services to remove failures of the above-mentioned systems after the Office's opening hours.
