- 1. The subject of the order is: services in the field of rodent control, disinfestation, disinfection, fogging and monitoring of pests in accordance with the HACCP system in facilities administered by 45 WOG in the following towns: Krosno Odrzaskie. The scope of the service includes: a) Monitoring of pest activity (periodic checking rodent control stations; insect detectors; insect lamps, cleaning lamps from insects; living traps; pheromone traps; rodent catchers regarding the appearance of pests). Rodent control stations should be cleaned. If necessary, replace rodenticides and dispenser traps pheromones, lures. The Contractor will conduct a preliminary audit, prepare a report on it and mark the places where devices for monitoring pest activity will be installed on the room plan, also in the Infrastructure Service Sections, where the Ordering Party determines the number of monitoring stations, b) Identification pest.c) Pest control (disinfestation and rodent control treatments). The contractor will provide a 3-month warranty for the disinfestation, rodent control and fogging treatments performed.
