Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of technical service and repair of current KSP vehicles - motor vessels, hereinafter referred to as the "service".
XIX SWZ and Annex 6 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not demand the submission with the offer of in question.
4. The Ordering Party allows entrusting the performance of part of the subcontractor's order.
5. The contracting authority requests an indication By the Contractor, in the offer of part of the order, whose performance will entrust to subcontractors, and providing the names of any subcontractors, if they are Already known.
6. The contracting authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract: a) diagnostics, b) performance of activities aimed at restoring the full efficiency of the boat, c) exchanges used or damaged parts/ teams for efficient technical, d) control and repair of electrical systems. 7. The date of the contract: 36 months from the date of signing by the parties.
8. Pursuant to art. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 23, 2016. informs that: 1) the administrator of your personal data is the Warsaw Police Commander; 2) Supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the Personal Data Protection Inspector: Address: ul.
