Description:
The subject of the order are services in the field of valuation and preparation of projections of premises for the needs of the Wrocław Commune - Premises Sales Department.
The subject of the order is divided into thirteen Tasks, i.e.:
1. Tasks No. 1- 3- preparing a plan of the premises on the plan of the appropriate floor of the building along with marking the associated and auxiliary rooms located inside and outside the building, which is the basis for issuing a certificate of independence of the premises referred to in Art. 2 section 3 of the Act of 24 June 1994 on the ownership of premises.
The task includes residential premises located in single-family and multi-family houses and land properties developed with single-family houses, as well as commercial (non-residential) premises.
In special cases, the Ordering Party may commission the following projections:
-outside the city limits of Wrocław - up to 4 floor plans of the property located up to 110 km from Wrocław,
- for the purpose of regulating the legal status of real estate, in particular: indicated common parts of real estate, rooms that do not meet the requirements of independent premises, rooms shared by tenants.
Individual Tasks include:
