Description:
Services consisting in rodent control, disinfestation, disinfection, elimination of nests, removal of contaminants, ventilation and disposal of waste from State Treasury premises in buildings managed and administered by the State Treasury Property Management Board.
The subject of the order is the provision of services including: rodent control, disinfestation, disinfection of non-residential premises, elimination of hornet nests, removal of contamination from pigeons and ventilation along with removal of accumulated items from vacant premises and rooms belonging to State Treasury residential premises in buildings managed and administered by the State Treasury Property Management Board, consisting in: a) rodent control - extermination of rats - using chemical, physical or biological means to combat all harmful rodents, rats and mice on State Treasury properties; b) disinfestation - extermination of harmful insects from their eggs and larvae for sanitary and economic reasons on State Treasury properties; c) disinfection of vacant buildings - ventilation; d) eliminating hornet and wasp nests; e) removing pigeon pollution; f) disinfestation, rodent control, ventilation and disposal of waste and items from vacant buildings and adjoining rooms;
