Maintenance services of Chorzow parks with a total area of approx. 31.63 ha, divided into 6 parts of the order:

Part V - Park Pink with an area 103 100 m2

The order should be completed in accordance with the general characteristics of the subject of the contract (common to all parts) (Annex 4) and with the premises and work schedules attached, separate for each part Orders-in Annexes No. 9A-F to SWZ. The attachments to SWZ are the number of work, the characteristics of the facilities in the tabular form and schedules of the implementation of works and other documents attached to SWZ.
The contracting authority reserves, pursuant to art. 60 of the Public Procurement Law (as key parts of the order), i.e. the work listed in the bill of quantities (for each part) in the chapter and greenery, cannot be subjected to. Thus, the contractor is obliged to perform these works in person.
