Brief Description of the Subject Orders: The subject of the order are the Services of Nutrition of Patients of the Reflection Department for people addicted to alcohol in Czarny Bór. The contractor will prepare and delivering meals for the patients of the plant. On a full-day set consists of 3 meals: breakfast, two-day dinner + drink, dinner, prepared from own products. For dinner and breakfast, the Ordering Party requires tea. The fruits must be given in a raw form. Vegetables can be given in the form of a salad. The fish should be taken into account in the menu. Meals must be warm, imported in hermetic containers, suitable transport, prepared according to current nutritional standards and in accordance with the principles of collective nutrition. The Contractor will prepare meals in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of 25 August 2006. on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2020.
