1. The subject of the contract is the provision of meals for preparing meals for attending children to the Public Kindergarten No. 2 "Leśny Zakątek" in Ząbki along with the rental of rooms intended for running a kitchen related to catering.
Batorego 37a, 05-091 Ząbki.
2.2. Preschoolds from the age of 3 to 6 years.
2.3. The current rate for all -day nutrition of one child is PLN 18.00 gross.
2.4. The number of children covered by the subject of the contract is no more than 210 preschool children.
2.5. The amount of all -day meals during the order is 90,920 meals. For a full -day meal of one child, it consists of breakfast, a two -course dinner and a afternoon tea with drinks.
2.6. The number of meals delivered will depend on the attendance of children in kindergarten, and therefore the contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of meals during implementation services. If the number of children fed, the Employer reserves the right to not use the total value of the contract, and the Contractor will not claim any claims in this respect.
2.7. The lease is the utility rooms of the kitchen with a total area of about 160 m2, which are Part of the kindergarten building with equipment, devices and equipment located in these rooms.
