The subject of the order is the provision of services for the protection of persons and property and monitoring of anti-burglary and fire protection systems in the facilities of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund of the Zielona Góra Regional Branch and its subordinate branches. field services. The subject of the order includes: 1) 1-person physical security (stationary) every day of the week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the KRUS Regional Branch in Zielona Góra - Annex No. 5 to the contract; 2) 24/7 anti-burglary monitoring and fire protection implemented on the basis of existing technical devices and installations of devices maintaining the systems in constant operational efficiency at the KRUS Regional Branch in Zielona Góra and subordinate Field Branches, including: 7 systems anti-burglary and 7 fire protection - listed in the list of existing security measures in KRUS units - Annex No. 6 to the contract (...) 3) The contractor, throughout the period of providing services, is obliged to have civil liability insurance in scope of business activity, including services that are the subject of the order with a guarantee sum not less than the value of the contract. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the draft provisions of the contract in Chapter II of the SWZ. 5) Requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons referred to in Art. 95 paragraph. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, performing activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of order execution...
