The subject of the order includes collection, transport and management services of unsegregated (mixed) and segregated waste from residential and uninhabited properties located in the Jeleniewo commune from the following towns: Bachanowo, Biaorogi, Baskowizna, Czajewszczyzna, Czerwone Bagno, Gulbieniszki, Hultajewo, Ignatwka, Jeleniewo, Kazimierwka, Krzemianka, Leszczewo, opuchowo, Malesowizna, Okrge, Podwysokie Jeleniewskie, Prudziszki, Rutka, Rychtyn, Sidorwka, Sidory, Sidory Zapolne, Suchodoy, Sumowo, Szeszupka, Szurpiy, cibowo, Udryn, Udziejek, Wodziki, Woownia, Zarzecze Jeleniewskie, Żywa Woda.
