Description:
1. The subject of the order are "services related to maintaining municipal roads in the Targowek district, including summer and winter cleaning of streets, pavements and parking bays and pumping rainwater", which include:
A) Winter cleaning of streets, pavements and parking bays, including in particular:
1) preventing and eliminating the slippery of street surfaces by rushing the road and sprinkling with chemicals and sand mixtures allowed for use,
2) preventing and eliminating the slippery of pavements and pedestrian crossings by snow removal (manual or mechanical light equipment) and sprinkling with a sand-solid mixture,
3) manual forms of glacked snow from pavements and sewage grooves,
4) mechanical and manual sweeping of the road, pavements and pedestrian crossings and parking bays after the winter;
B) summer cleaning of streets, pavements and parking bays, in particular:
1) mechanical sweeping and washing (using water) of the entire width of the road with a band (fuse), regardless of their width,
2) manual sweeping and cleaning of pavements and pedestrian crossings for all hypertrophy, including grasses and weeds between the elements of cleaned surfaces and from the lying soil, sand and other impurities,
3) mechanical or manual cleaning of parking bays of grass, weeds, soil, sand and other impurities,
4) loading and export of collected pollutants;
