Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service related to the removal of corrosion outbreaks in Mercedes Sprinter cars and the liquidation of damages resulting from their operation,
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 6 to SWZ and Chapter XIX SWZ.
3. Requirements in terms ofemployment based on the employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 of the Act:
1) The contracting authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationshipto restore full efficiency of the vehicle;
c) Control and repair of electrical systems.
2) During the implementation of the contractfulfilling the employment requirement by the Contractor or subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated in point 1. In order to verify the fulfillment of these requirementsor subcontractor about employing an employee under an employment contract,
c) certified as compatible with the original copy of the employment contract,
