- The subject of the order are services related to winter maintenance of district roads in the winter season 2025/2026, combating slipperiness and repairing district roads administered by the District Roads Authority in Nina with a total length of 158.386 km (road sections intended for winter maintenance in the scope of part 1 points have been saved. and maintaining the passability of designated road sections, preventing and removing slippery slopes on designated road sections, maintaining readiness technical equipment intended for the implementation of the tasks along with the service, the Contractor, as part of part 1 of the order, is obliged to have a prepared mixture of sand and salt in a ratio of 4:1 in an estimated amount of approximately 160 Mg, securing the piles of foil and storing the finished mixture (the Ordering Party during unfavorable conditions weather conditions may request the Contractor to additionally prepare a mixture of sand and salt, however, in a situation where the winter is mild and the stored material is not used, this will not constitute any basis for a claim from Made...
