b) accelerator Truebeam SN H192853 - 1 pc;
c) accelerator Truebeam SN H193880 - 1 pc;
d) Simulator ACIUTY IX SN H770377 - 1 pc;
e) RGSC SN HGS2269 system - 1 pc;
f) ARIA SN HIT2783 SYSTEM - 1 pc.
B. Part 2 - Service service for medical apparatus for diagnostic imaging of Siemens:
a) computed tomograph of Somatom Definition as 128+ - 2 pcs;
b) computed tomograph somatom go.all - 1 pc;
c) digital X -ray apparatus Luminos Drf Max - 1 pc;
d) X -ray apparatus Digital Select FD blow - 1 pc;
e) ALPHA digital X -ray apparatus - 1 pc;
f) mammograph mammomat inspiration - 1 pc;
g) Replacing the Straton X -ray lamp in the event of a failure in any of the computed tomographs of Somatom Definition as 128+;
h) Replacing the ATHLON X -ray lamp in the event of a failure in the computed tomography of the Somatom Go.all;
