- The subject of the contract is the provision of service, subscription and technical support for three Fortiweb-1000E devices used in the Supreme Administrative Court with their software (hereinafter referred to as "devices"), including:
1) Renewal of the subscription to the service package and technical support of the type manufacturer Standard Bundle (24x7 Forticare, Security Service, Antivirus, IP Reputation and GEO DB) and the Secure RMA Service package (hereinafter referred to as "service and support packages");
2) Provision of service and technical support for the device manufacturer, implemented on the basis of the subscription listed in point 1 service and support packages;
3) Providing the Contractor Support Service in the implementation of changes in device configurations, operation of operational problems and failure to report to the manufacturer.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ, and the detailed rules for the implementation of the subject Orders were specified in the planned provisions of the contract (constituting Annex 4 to SWZ).
