- The subject of the order is the servicing of air conditioners, air conditioning devices and other related ventilation devices, including automation and power supply in the buildings of the 1st ZUS Branch in Warsaw. The servicing service includes the following activities:
1) inspections and maintenance,
2)performing ad hoc inspections,
3) diagnosing the causes of failures and defects in the operation of devices subject to servicing,
4) performing repairs,
5) performing other activities included in the Description of the subject of the order.
The subject of the order concerns the following locations in Warsaw: the headquarters of the 1st Branch ZTax Office in Warsaw at ul. Senatorska 6, ul. Senatorska 6/8,
ul. Senatorska 10, ul. Miodowa 5, branch building at ul. Goleszowska 2, Warszawa-Ε»oliborz Inspectorate at ul. Kasprowicza 151, Warszawa-Wola Inspectorate at ul. WrocΕawska 20 and the Customer Service Room at ul. Eliza Orzeszkowa 14.
The quantitative list of air conditioners and devices installed in the facilities has been divided into groups depending on the type of device and the division into facilities, which presents the inspection and maintenance schedule, in accordance with Annex No. 1.1. to the detailed Description of the guideof the subject of the order.
Inspections and maintenance will consist in performing the activities specified in the table constituting Annex No. 1.2 to the detailed Description of the subject of the order, in accordance with the operating instructions and the requirements and recommendations of the device manufacturer.
