• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the servicing of air conditioners and mechanical ventilation devices installed in Police facilities of the Lublin Voivodeship. The detailed scope of services is specified in Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.15 (price forms) and in the contract templates that constitute appendices to the SWZ. 2. Numeric code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) for the task in question: 50730000-1 - services in the field of repair and maintenance of cooling systems. 3. Postulated requirements for contractors: 1) The Contractor must accept the entire contract templates constituting annexes to the SWZ. 2) Due to the warranty, the Ordering Party requires the submission of documents confirming obtaining an Authorized Service Point certificate or another document authorizing the performance of service activities during the warranty period, valid as of the date of submission of offers, in the scope of the following packages: - package no. 7 - servicing of MDV air conditioners, - package no. 9 - servicing of ROTENSO air conditioners, - package no. 11 - servicing of HAIER air conditioners, 3) The contractor will bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer. 4)The offer price should include all costs related to the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the conditions contained in the contract templates and annexes to the contract, including the travel of employees to the place of service performance. 5)The price may change only in the event of a change in VAT.
