Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of servicing services, including repairs and technical inspections, as well as maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation installations and devices installed in buildings/premises of the Silesian Provincial Branch of the National Health Fund.ia, in accordance with the principles set out in the SWZ, including the description of the subject of the order in the form and in the draft provisions of the contract. 2. The order will be implemented on the terms specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute an annex to this SWZ. Draft provisionsThe terms and conditions of the contract provide for and specify the conditions for a possible change in the content of the contract. 3. The employment requirement under the employment contract is specified in the SWZ.
