Description:
I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: 1. The order includes maintenance services for maintaining boiler room equipment in constant technical condition to ensure the proper functioning of heating installations in buildings, along with providing emergency services 24/7. A detailed description of the subject of the order together with a list of locations in a given task constitutes Annex No. 1 to the contract template. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of entrusting part of the order to performance by subcontractors and requires the Contractor to indicate the part of the order the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, specifying its scope and the names of subcontractors, if known, in accordance with the template constituting Annex No. 5 to the Inquiry offer. The lack of a completed attachment to the offer referred to above will mean that the Contractor will not use subcontracting to complete the order. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
