- The subject of the order is the provision, in the years 2023 / 2026, to the military units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, hereinafter referred to as the User, to the military units of the Polish Armed Forces, hereinafter referred to as the User, services including servicing Megadoor S1500 gates for hangars, indicated in Annex No. 8 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which are Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.light type for aircraft: MiG-29, M-28, C-130, Mi-8, W-3, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (BSR), i.e.: performing repairs (improvements), maintenance work (maintenance), providing assistance technical (engineering support) and metrological control, replacement of technical means
matematerials (tsm) constituting components of hangar gates, if it is necessary to improve and ensure the operation of the hangar gate, perform maintenance and inspection works (in accordance with the list set out in Annex No. 10 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement).
2. If the activityand technical aspects regarding the implementation of the contract (including, among others, assembly and disassembly of gates, inspection of gates, repairs of gates and maintenance works), will consist in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465) persons performing the activities in question should be employed by the Contractor under an employment contract.
