The contracting authority asks for a preliminary valuation for the implementation of the service entitled Safety valves divided into deduction 1 Taking safety valves for the North Plant [ZPN] Task 2 Taking safety valves for the "Dębe" plant [ZED] Form [ZED] Valuation and description of the subject of the contract and the other attachments can be found in the Annex tab. The valuation formula should be submitted via the Company's purchasing platform, only from your profile registered on the purchasing platform, by attaching it in the Annex tab. Form The valuation must be signed by an authorized person or an authorized representative of the Contractor. It is realized that the person posting all documents, applications, notifications and offers on the company's purchasing platform is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. It informs that the prices indicated in the valuation form will only serve the market for discerning the market by the Employer, they do not constitute a binding offer to award the contract.
