- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision in the years 2023 - 2026 for the military units of the Polish Armed Forces, hereinafter referred to as the User, of services covering the servicing of aircraft ground support equipment (NOSP) of Western production, listed in Annex 2 to the Plannedprovisions of the agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e.: performing repairs (improvements), maintenance works (services), implementation of technical bulletins, providing technical assistance (engineering support) and metrological control, along with the delivery or replacement of technical means of materialch (tÅm), if it is necessary to maintain the efficiency of aviation technology equipment. The services should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation of the equipment manufacturers indicated in Annex 2
to the Draft provisions of the contract, and the persons performing service activities being the subject ofshould be authorized by equipment manufacturers to perform the service.
2. The contractor will provide a guarantee confirming the performance of the service in accordance with the principles set out in the technical documentation, but not less than:
12 months or 200 hours of work (whichever comes first) for new tapesbuilt on aviation technology equipment;
-6 months or 100 hours of work (whichever comes first) for used tapes built on aviation technology equipment;
-6 months for works performed, but not longer than until similar works are performed on technical equipment airline by Use... - Documents:
