- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision in the years 2023 / 2026 for the military units of the Polish Armed Forces, referred to as the User, listed in Annex 8 to the Draft provisions of the contract, which are Annex 1 to the SWZ, including servicing of ground handling equipmentaircraft (NOSP) of western production, listed in Annex 2 to the Draft provisions of the agreement, i.e.: repair (improvement), maintenance work (servicing), implementation of technical bulletins, technical assistance (engineering support) and metrological controltechnic, along with the delivery or replacement of technical material means (tÅm), if it is necessary to maintain the efficiency of aviation technology equipment. The services should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation of the equipment manufacturers indicated in Annex 2 to the Draft provisions of the contractyou, and the persons indicated in Appendix No. 11 to the Draft provisions of the agreement, who perform service activities being the subject of the agreement, should have the qualifications of equipment manufacturers to perform the service.
2. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee confirming the performance of the service in accordance with the rules set out in dtechnical documentation, but not less than:
-12 months or 200 hours of operation (whichever comes first) for new conveyor belts installed on aviation equipment;
-6 months or 100 hours of operation (whichever comes first) for used conveyor belts built on aviation technology equipment;
